Feature highlights by plan
- Free — all core question types, one builder seat, knowledge-base support.
- Solo — adds email campaigns, answer randomization, crosstabs, advanced validation, and support tickets.
- Professional — adds advanced question types (media, uploads, richer grids), piping and embedded data, A/B variants, SPSS export, significance testing, panels, white-label, and API access.
- Team — adds access control, full API, and the custom domain / branded sending domain add-ons.
- Research Team — adds MaxDiff, Conjoint, card sorting, custom layouts, advanced crosstabs, and priority support.
- Enterprise — everything unlimited, plus SSO and custom email domains. Quoted by sales.
Tips
Tip: Add-ons let you stretch a plan instead of upgrading: extra seats ($15/seat/mo), 500-complete packs ($25), AI credit packs (25,000 for $29), and 100 GB storage packs ($10/mo).
