Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Surveti when you use the platform. Written to be readable; the binding version is pending legal review.

Last updated: July 3, 2026

This is a working draft written for clarity. The final, legally binding version is pending review by counsel and may change. If anything here matters to a decision you're making, contact us at legal@surveti.com first.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Surveti, you agree to these terms. If you are using Surveti on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

Do not use Surveti to send spam, collect data unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, or run surveys that are deceptive, harmful, or illegal. You are responsible for the content of surveys you create and for having a lawful basis to contact your respondents.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, via Stripe. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial and you can cancel before it ends without charge. Overage completes are billed at the published metered rate. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your data and content

You retain ownership of the surveys and response data you create. You grant Surveti the limited rights needed to host and process that content to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Surveti available and reliable but do not currently offer a contracted uptime SLA outside of Enterprise agreements. We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be communicated, and continued use after an update means you accept it.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Surveti’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.
