Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial, and you can cancel anytime before it ends without being charged. The Free plan needs no card at all.
What happens if I exceed my monthly completes?
Collection keeps running. Extra completes are billed at $0.10 each — we never stop collection mid-field, so a study in progress is never cut off by a quota.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice with NET 30 terms.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Annual billing saves 20–35% depending on the plan — for example, Solo drops from $29 to $19 per month and Professional from $99 to $79. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
What counts as an AI credit?
Each AI decision (probe insertion, fraud trap, question rewrite, or validation) consumes AI credits based on complexity. A typical adaptive survey uses 5-15 credits per respondent, and you can top up with a $29 pack of 25,000 credits anytime.
Is my data secure?
All PII is encrypted at rest with AES-256. We maintain immutable audit logs and support GDPR/CCPA deletion requests, and our infrastructure runs on AWS.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. You retain access through the end of your current billing period.
