Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use Surveti — to build a survey, answer one, and read a report. Here's our commitment and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

Our aim

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across this marketing site, the Surveti app, and the survey-taking experience. This is a goal we actively work toward, not a claim that every page is perfect today. Accessibility is ongoing work, and we treat gaps as bugs to fix.

What we do

We build with semantic HTML, keyboard operability, visible focus states, and sufficient color contrast in both light and dark themes. Survey respondents are a wide and unpredictable audience, so the survey runtime in particular is designed to work with assistive technologies.

Known limits

Some richer question types (for example heatmaps and certain drag-and-drop interactions) are inherently harder to make fully accessible. Where a component cannot yet meet AA, we note it and prioritize an accessible alternative. Survey authors also control their own content, which affects the accessibility of an individual survey.

Reporting a barrier

If you hit an accessibility barrier anywhere in Surveti, please tell us — it genuinely helps. Email accessibility@surveti.com with the page or survey, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using. We treat these reports as priority issues.
