Starting a 14-Day Free Trial on a Paid Plan
First-time subscribers get 14 days free on any paid plan — here's how it starts and who qualifies.
Overview
First-time subscribers get 14 days free on any paid plan. There's no trial button — it's applied automatically at checkout when you qualify.
Who qualifies
The trial is for tenants that have never had a subscription. Concretely: no trial has ever been recorded on your account and no subscription has ever existed on it.
That means the trial is genuinely once per account — cancelling and resubscribing later does not grant a second one, because your trial history persists after cancellation precisely to prevent that.
Step-by-step
Open Settings → Billing → Change plan.

Pick your plan and cycle — the trial applies to whichever paid plan you choose.
Complete checkout — you'll enter a payment method, but the 14 days are free. Your subscription shows as trialing.
Use the full plan — trial access is the real plan, quotas and features included.
Tips
Tip: Field a real survey during the trial. The limits that matter — completes, seats, the question types you need — only become obvious when you actually run a study, and that's exactly what 14 days is for.
Note: The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically at day 14 unless you cancel. If you're evaluating, put a reminder in your calendar for day 12.
