Overview
On a paid plan, collection never stops. Completes beyond your monthly quota accrue as overage at $0.10 per complete — your fieldwork is never held hostage by a quota.
How it works
- Paid plans never block collection. Go over and the extra completes are recorded as overage.
- Free is different. Free blocks new respondent sessions at 100 completes rather than accruing overage.
- Overage triggers a hold on results. While a paid tenant is over its cap, Surveti shows an "overage due — upgrade" notice over exports and results views until it's settled.
- The count self-heals. Overage is recomputed absolutely on every completion, so it always reflects
used − cap.

Tips
Tip: A prepaid 500-complete pack is half the metered rate ($0.05 vs $0.10). If you know you'll run over, buy the pack rather than drifting into metered overage.
