What happens at the limit
Inviting someone into a full-seat role when you're out of seats is rejected with a message naming your plan, its included seats, any purchased add-on seats, and your options — add a seat for $15/month or upgrade.
Tips
Tip: Seats are counted per person, not per membership. Someone in three workspaces still occupies one seat — so don't avoid adding a colleague to a second workspace to save a seat; it costs nothing.
Note: Free and Solo both include exactly one builder seat. Solo raises your quotas but is still a single-user plan — Professional is the first tier where anyone can build alongside you.
