Enterprise Plan Custom Pricing and Unlimited Quotas

Overview

Enterprise removes every quota and adds SSO and custom email domains. It's priced individually rather than listed, so you talk to sales rather than clicking checkout.

What "unlimited" covers

Every metered limit becomes unlimited: completes, builder seats, viewer seats, projects, campaign emails, storage, AI credits, and transcription minutes.

What Enterprise adds beyond Research Team

• SSO — single sign-on for your identity provider.
• Custom email domain — send campaigns from your own domain.
• Custom domain — included rather than a paid add-on.
• Everything in Research Team, including all advanced question types and priority support.

Step-by-step

1. Open Settings → Billing and scroll to Change plan.

2. Click Contact sales on the Enterprise card — pricing is quoted to your usage and requirements.

Tips

Tip: Come to the sales conversation with your numbers — expected completes/month, seat count, and whether you need SSO. Custom pricing is built from those, so specifics get you a quote faster.

Note: "Unlimited" refers to plan quotas, not physics — Enterprise tenants are also marked billing-exempt from the automated limit checks, so collection never blocks and no overage accrues.
