An aggressiveness dial (1–5)
Set how actively AI probes, from 1 (gentle, clarification only) to 5 (thorough follow-ups). The default sits in the middle, balanced for most studies.
Metered and auditable
Probing runs on the same AI credit ledger as every other AI feature, so spend is transparent and predictable — no separate, hidden AI billing.
Off at the workspace level
Admins can disable AI probing (or all AI) for a workspace to satisfy data-handling and procurement requirements. AI is a tool you turn on, never something forced on.
