What does Enterprise actually add over the published plans?
Custom limits, single sign-on (SSO), a custom domain included rather than as an add-on, invoice billing, and volume pricing. It is aimed at organizations whose usage or procurement needs go beyond the flat published tiers.
Are you SOC 2 certified?
Not yet. SOC 2 is on our roadmap, not something we hold today. We can share our current security practices and answer a security questionnaire on request — we would rather be straight with you than imply a certification we do not have.
Do you support SSO?
Yes. SSO is available on Enterprise. Set-up is handled during onboarding for your identity provider.
How is Enterprise priced?
Custom, based on your seats and volume. There is no public number because the point of Enterprise is that the limits and terms are tailored — contact us and we will put together a quote.
